Quick Payment is being discontinued: Frequently Asked Questions

Quick Payment, an online service that allows you to make same-day bill payments to participating non-Bank of America companies for a fee, will no longer be available as of March 17, 2012. Please refer to the frequently asked questions below to find out more about how this change affects you.

When will the service be discontinued?

Service will be discontinued as of March 17, 2012. Any payments made before this date will be processed as usual.

Will I be able to access Quick Payment history after March 17, 2012?

As of March 17, you will no longer have access to your payment history through Quick Payment. If you need payment information for your records, please refer to your checking account statement or account activity through Online Banking.

Is there another Bank of America service I can use to make payments online?

Yes. Our optional Bill Pay service through Online Banking allows you to make most payments by the next business day.
