Hurricane Florence Client Assistance

To our valued clients

We know that many of you are dealing with the severe effects of Hurricane Florence and we want you to know that we're here to help. Our Client Assistance Program is available to you for personalized financial assistance. If you or someone you know needs help, please call our priority assistance line at 855.729.1764.

We are working hard to open all of our financial centers as quickly as we can. You can use our Financial Center and ATM locator to find out which of your local financial centers are open as the region works on getting back to normal. You can also schedule an appointment to speak to a specialist. Please remember that our Mobile Banking app1 and Online Banking are available as convenient ways to check account status, pay bills and deposit checks2 at any time.

We are committed to helping you and to rebuilding the communities in which we work and live. The Bank of America Charitable Foundation is providing $1 million of support for relief and recovery for communities impacted by Hurricane Florence and subsequent flooding. This includes $250,000 that was directed to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund to help them prepare before the storm made landfall. We will work with impacted communities to determine where the remaining funds are needed to assist in recovery efforts.

We wish you the best during these challenging times.
